Our Mission

The goal of AllGreen Magazine and is to introduce and promote green living, and bring it to the mainstream by providing in-depth news, how-to articles and informative features on home, business, technology, travel and products.

Our online community also provides tips, information about local green events, a forum designed to promote discussion about the environment, directories of local goods and service providers, and a marketplace for one-stop green shopping.

We believe that the environmental challenges we face are not without solutions. It is our mission to make consumers, organizations, businesses and policy makers aware of the problems facing the planet-and to offer steps that individuals can take to help make the world a more eco-friendly place to live, work, play and raise a family.

Environmental statement

AllGreen promotes products, companies and/or organizations that are lessening their negative impact on the environment by undertaking initiatives in the following areas:

•    Have environmentally sensitive operations
•    Are leaders in developing eco-friendly alternatives
•    Offer innovative products or solutions
•    Are recognized or endorsed by reputable professional organizations
•    Donate a portion of proceeds to environmental causes

AllGreen Marketplace products:

•    Come from renewable or recycled resources
•    Are organic-grown without the use of chemically based pesticides,
        herbicides or fertilizers
•    Whenever possible, are made locally
•    Are well-made to extend their useful life
•    Do not contain harmful or toxic substances
•    Use economical, recycled or biodegradable packaging
•    Do not come from companies that utilize child labor or unfair labor practices
•    Do not harm animals unnecessarily

AllGreen Group, LLC practices the following:

•    Office-wide recycling of paper, plastic, aluminum and printer cartridges
•    Natural cleaners for office space
•    Plates, napkins and utensils made from recycled and biodegradable materials
•    Copy paper from recycled content (available at Staples)
•    Marketing materials/ business cards printed using soy inks on recycled paper
•    Magazines printed on the highest recycled content available
